I have spent a lot of money on this service and currently have $17.00 on the account for a DOC Inmate to be able to call me when she wants to. Wednesday she tried and when I answered it said, "Your call cannot be placed at this time". She couldn't call yesterday and today the same thing "Your call cannot be placed at this time". I've tried calling the support line for 3 days. It always says "We are experiencing a high call volume and we cannot take your call at this time". This company is in Alabama and I'm tired of this mess. If they are going to provide a service, they need to do it. I know they are making a lot of money from all of the calls that are made in North Carolina alone. This needs to be fixed now! Can you help me?
