ORDERED THIS PRODUCT THROUGH TV COMMERCIAL- SHOULD HAVE BEEN 39.95 PLUS SHPPING - WAS ACTUALLY BILLED 99.56. WHILE ORDERING ON THE PHONE WAS BARRAGED WITH ADD ONS - ALL OF WHICH I ANSWERED NO- BUT I WAS TOLD I WOULD GET SAMPLES OF THESE ABSOLUTELY FREE. I WAS BILLED 25.00 FOR THESE. I WAS TOLD THAT THIS ORDER WOULD BE UPGRADED TO EXPRESS DELIVERY FREE OF CHARGE WHY THEN WAS I BILLED 26.85. ON THE INTERNET THEY ADVERTISE, THROUGH THIS SAME COMPANY - BUY ONE GET ONE FREE - TOTAL COST $39.99 - I CALLED THEM AND QUESTIONED THIS AND THE ANSWER WAS THAT THIS ONE WAS THE RED COLORED ONE AND THE INTERNET ONE WAS SILVER

My complaint is the same as all the others. Why are you sending me your useless booklets and charging them to my credit card. You do not have my authorization to do this. I sent the booklets back last month as you told me to and you said you would credit my credit card with money charged for December and instead you sent me some more useless booklets (which is back in the mail as "return to sender" as I don't think I should have to pay postage besides paying for the rotten thing you are doing. I'm going to file to the complaints board if this doesn't stop. Answer to this request to my e-mail address would be appreciated. How are you getting away with this is more than I can tell.
