terrible costumer service, unreachable, no product delivery
this company is literally driving me nuts now. Its been two months and it has just been back and forth on the phone since they are always so impossible to reach or they never returned their phones/promises when they say they will. Then I talked to someone who disappear out of thin. Mike Chavez Senior was the one who signed me up, sounded very nice and never heard from him anymore as I was told he was on vacation then gone completely. How weird. I made my first payment for the computer finance since december 31 and even made ahead payments to have the computer delivered faster. yeah right! my contract didnt come until 2 weeks later then i sent it express and it was returned to me and I was told to send it to a woman name Carol who leaves in a total different place, should have raised a flag but I needed and wanted that computer so badly. now we are in March and still no computer that they kept telling me they are sending. They also couldn't find one of my payment because they have national motor Co take it and they took a payment too. Just know everything is really not adding up. I made a lot of research on them and everything looks fishy, which I had done that before. Specially looking at all the complaints filed under them since they are going under bunch of different names. I left message to find out where is the computer and still nothing, no tracking # they had said they would send me, just no response from them and they claim to have tried to contact me!
I dont even want that computer anymore. I just want my money back and they better refund it to me because I will file with the state attorney and the FTC. after all the things I found out about them I have a lot of proofs to submit to a lot of places including the BBB.
I have no more patient...people be aware of this company they are not serious at all!!!
