My husband Dr. Jeffrey l. Benoit and myself attended a hearing for reunification of our newborn whom Dcf in Marianna, FL placed in shelter care under illegal false allegations.at that hearing the Guardian adlitem attorney misrepresented the gal assigned to baby Jeffrey by saying he should not come home.upon speaking with the gal she said her intentions were he be home. Baby Jeffrey will not have another hearing for months and never got his day in court.
