I had called to make a claim on the protection that I purchased from the Room Store.

They claim to protect against any human or bodily fluid stains. I had a cat in my house that had had an accident on the furniture. I was told that that would not be covered for three reasons the time frame I said it had happened with in the last ten day so that one is gone with in could be any time with in that time frame. The fact the stain was not visible I called back and told the manager I could see the stain under black light she said that was not a stain it was ammonia. Can ammonia not stain? There is something there the furniture is brown how else can you see that. The last reason she said it was too large of a reason was it was too large of an area and that part was subjective on there part. Can you sell a product you never intend on producing? What size stain is not covered? This should be against the law. I spoke to the manager Jacky how told me she was the only person I could talk to and that there is no one above her.
