I never wanted to know how it feels to be scammed. This company and their practices ar eunbelievable. Its almost like they WANT you to cancel since they keep your money. $59.98 bi-weekly payments. Paid over 1000 dollars and still no computer. Notta. Nothing. This "Computer" has been pending since May of 2008. We're in January of 2009. I made all my lay away payments up front. I made all payments since they took it form my account. I mailed them everything they wanted. That took 5 weeks per item they ask you to mail for their audit team to look over it.

Everything is always Dell's fault. Or UPS's fault. Or a weather's fault. Or my grandmothers fault. But its never their fault. It's the same story all the time. "Call this date for a delivery date"... "Sorry there was a Hurricane"... "Sorry, there was a Tornado"... "Sorry it was the Holidays and UPS got delayed"... "Sorry we ran out of Dell computers and now we will upgrade you but it will take a couple of weeks"... "Sorry, that wasnt the delivery date, that was the date you were suppose to call to get the deliver date"... Then the "sorry's" stop. Then its "Sir, like I said yu have to call on this date to get the delivery date"... "Sir, you are under contract and we have no refunds sir"... "Sir, I suggest you wait and be patient"... "Sir, you have to understand that things happen"... "Sir, it shows me here we already told you to call until X and X date"... "Sir, there is nothing we can do since Dell didnt deliver"... "Sir, we will upgrade you and it will not effect your shipment date"... "Sir, sorry, but when we upgraded you the system didnt update you and it backtracked you a month and a half"...

I mean what type of a comapany are they? How dare they put blame on Dell or UPS. Even if there was a delay how long can it be? We pay for the shipment FYI. It's like $99 for shipping. It's common to get delayed in Holidays and Hurricane's, I know. But not months. It just doesnt work that way. I work for a company that ships things out. When there is a delay a "bad" delay is maybe 2 weeks. And then there are other options for delivery.

I think their plan is to screw you over. They send the computer once they run out of excuses and manage to purchase it and send it to you.

I cancelled the account they told me it was non refundable. I talked to Bank of America and they're going to have me file a dispute. I dont know how that will go but I want GCF to suffer. We have to do something about this. I dont want more people to fall for this trap.

I e-mailed some media sources see if they can be exposed on a national scale. We have to do something about this.
