damaged goods
I purchased several t-shirts at Guess store. The quality was extremely poor as the t-shirts shrunk.I decided to return the t-shirts.The manager from guess asked me to test the t-shirt in store to prove to them it shrunk. So I prove to the store manager that they indeed did.So the manager asked me to produce the receipt. I unfortunately could only find one of the receipts and gave it to him.Now he tells me that they can’t help as they can’t find all my credit card purchases on the system.So I GUESS I’m getting ripped off. And considering that I when to all the trouble to prove that the T-shirts was of poor quality. After checking several websites I found 87 bad complaints about Guess and poor quality. I’m utterly disgusted with the way you addressing my situation as I adhere to what you asked of me.Gone are the days that you take consumers hard earned money for a ride, I’m paying for a product and service and not for you to mess me around, so I giving you the opportunity to correct this problem before the image of Guess becomes any worse because I’m quite sure that there are countless other people out there that have been taken for a ride by guess. Should you not correct the matter, there is something called the consumer protection act whilst I will using every media avenue to expose you for my miscarriage

Accused of washing a pair of jeans never worn
I purchased a denim for R1200-00 2 days ago. As usual when i got home i tried it on to make sure it's right. But found that when i sat down on the bed that the tear in the pants by the one knee, sort of limited my movement and made it uncomfortable. so i decided to go and exchange it considering that I should be in line with the exchange policy, not worn or washed etc. When i got to the store i got accused of washing the pants. I was shocked to discover how they treat their customers like criminals by making blind accusations like that. Only because 1 of the 3 tags were amiss, which i only noticed in the store myself. Which i assume according to their customor care policy it allows the Manageress to blindly accuse you of something you did not do. I've never been so humiliated in my life. She got 2 other people to smell and feel the pants because of course I argued the point. I've never seen anything so crazy and ridiculous in my life, staff members smelling and feeling the pants all convincing themselves it had been washed. Do you have any idea how stupid they looked to me knowing for a fact it had not been washed. What a joke!!! Monkey see monkey. I am disgusted.

Bad service
I bought a watch, in NYC, last year, and the watch became to take out the silver part.

It was bought at the Guess store, and I think that was not supposed to happen. I´ve got in touch twice, through the company email and no answer was given.

It saddens me to know that the policy of the company does not value their customers.

Bag broken in less then a month
I saved for four months to purchase my very first Guess handbag due to my absolute love and admiration for the brand - and because they make super hot stuff. I made my purchase at Edgars Eastgate on my account with the intention to pay my account at the end of the month with my hard earned money. After a lot of shopping around I finally fell hopelessly in love with a black leather one. Took it home to admire and fell even more in love with it. After about 3 weeks I noticed that the leather where the bag zipped up there was bits of white sticking out from the inside of the bag. Without sounding like a total diva my heart dropped. I decided I could bear with the problem, but it continued to split much to my disappointment. I eventually took the bag back, Edgars were very snotting about refunding me. I just am really disappointed as I spent nearly R2000 on the bag, and I have not been able to find the same one or onesimilar one.

Its not that I will stop buying from Guess, as I still do, but I just really am upset about what happened. And would love to still have my bag.

Damaged bag in less than 2 months
On July 7th, I bought a Guess bag in Rome, Italy. (i've got the bill in my possession to prove it). I then went back to Paris, France, where I live. Now I am in Rio de Janeiro for hollydays until September 14th and I found out that the edges of the handle were peeling off! It's a sort of a rubber that's glued to the edges of the plastic parts to keep it from tearing apart (the sewed parts are still ok, though). I'd like to know what can I do, the soonest as possible (to avoid it to continue peeling through). I can send photos of the damaged parts and a copy of the bill if necessary.

Prices
My Husband bought me a Guess watch for Christmas (Des 2009). He paid R1500.00 at American Swiss in Polokwane at the Savannah Branch. When we was Shopping at Savannah Mall again, we saw the exact same watch at Galaxy Polokwane at the price of R599 - How come that the price differ so much? More than half cheaper. American Swiss is not going to see me again.
I can not believe that 2 places opposite each other's prices can differ so much.
