Unresponsive customer service system. Complaints about on-line gaming issues are rarely if ever addressed by the support crew assigned to find and fix problems. The methods for reporting programing problems are difficult for the average individual to find let alone follow. When you do manage to get a problem reported the programing section of Arena Net apparently is unable to fix or find the problem being reported. An example of this is in the Jade Quarry area, even after several reports being sent to the company about the turtles in the area not moving during game play the problem still persist after several years. Constantly changing skills in the game in an attempt to even the playing field but in most cases just making things even more one sided. Biggest complaint about the company is the complex way they have set up there reporting system for any problems you may run across. Overall, A very unresponsive staff that does little to help solve problems that do get reported. They will defend this by saying they have a system set up through their Wiki to allow players to lodge complaints or suggestions. They also make suggestions about getting other players to help explain the process...Why can't they do this?
