We bought a new Activision Guitar Hero 5 game and 2 guitars. Starting with the first time, the game freezes during play at random times and always freezes when attempting to copy to the Xbox hard drive at the sample place. All other DVDs work great.
I called Activision and they would not simply replace the DVD. They said they would charge me $20 if they found scratches. That's not a warranty, to me. The policy says the $20 applies after the game is 90 days old. It was broke when I got it so Activision needs to make it right.
Further the customer support reps were not willing to assist, only state the policy. I could not get the mailing address of a manager or policy changer. I was put on hold then the 1st rep hung up. During the 2nd call, I was hung up on twice before the survey even started so either they didn't want my feedback or the "bug" in their games are also bugs in their survey system.
Poor customer service, poor policies and poor games = a company headed out of business.
