Elliot French/Gulfline located in Savannah Georgia is unprofessional and have no business ethics! If you are an owner opertor think twice before leasing on with comany. I worked one week with Elliot French and was suppose to get paid in one week...I called Elliot French on numerous occasions. He gave me the run around about he was on vacation and the check was in the mail during the holiday season it was awful! He vowed that he put the check in the mail on December 23, 2009, however I didn't get my paycheck until January 5, 2009. This is unacceptable, he freight was delivered and I expected my pay in a timely fashion. Elliot French is a compulsive liar...No matter what the circumstance of an employee not working out exceptional business practices are imperative to be respected and successful. On top of this he is having his drivers work when they should not...making runs that if DOT stopped them would shut him down!
