request to please check when buying from any retail major like - gulfmart, this is with experience that we are sharing, which we experienced on 2/Sep/2010. we had purchased sugar approx 3.5kgs and at the time of billing, the item entered was cashewnuts instead of sugar. today when we went to sort with the shuwaikh, gulfmart, the staff at the counter was not at all co-operative and instead was asking for us to get back the item that we purchased. its quite ridiculous to hear that, than coming for an amicable solution from the staff. Its fortunate enough that, we could retrieve the packed stuff at home and for your reference, attaching the picture of the same. also in the main branch like shuwaikh there are no one /desk, who can acknowledge the customer complaints and attend them. for the benefit of all, request to keep yourself present at the time of billing, in order to avoid / experience any further challenges from the staff who seem to be unprofessional / inexperienced in customer handling / relationship.
