bad service no refund
My husband and I had saved for this trip for a very long time, as this was the first vacation in many years. We looked online and spent many weeks looking for a suitable place for our family of five. We wanted something that was family friendly and easily accessible. We arrived for vacation excited to be going to see the ocean. The condo was nothing as it was listed on the website. No internet access you had to pay for it. Not family friendly at all, there were drunk young adults that were staying in the condo down from us. The noise at the place was terrible. The stairs to out room were at the end of the walkway and they were very hard to manage with all of the luggage that we had. The cooking utensils were of no use to us, burned numerous times and not good to use. When we arrived we had to clean the floors to our condo because they were so dirty. This place was so small and it was very cramped..nothing like what the lasy at the office had told us, and the pictures on the website were very deceiving. The topless girls running around the parking lot was the last straw. We packed our things and left 2 days early. When I went to the office to return the keys, they said " You have to call the police" granted I should have done that, but they should have never leased a condo to a bunch of young kids...knowing that the parents werent even on the premises. They offered no refund for the time that we lost. We were out and additional 565.00 just so we could stay and finish our vacation. This is the worst place ever...total carelessness when it comes to customer service..I will never let another property from them again. I will pay the high dollar and go somewhere else, at least when it says "Family Oriented" I know it will be true. I would like my money back but they havent responded to any of my emails...they have lost all future business from us.
