FIRSTOFALL I AM SO SORRY FOR THAT!!!BECAUSE WHY?BECAUSE I AM SHOCKED!!!BECAUSE I USE TOSHIBA FIRST TIME.I WAS VERY HAPPY, GLAD WHEN I BUY IT, WHEN I HAVE A TOSHIBA NOTEBOOK!!!BUT NOW I HATE TOO MUCH BECAUSE WHY OKAY CAN YOU PLEASE READ THIS MESSAGE CAREFULLY :
LAST MONTH I HAVE BUY A TOSHIBA NOTEBOOK IN ISKENDERUN CITY FROM TEKNOSA COMPANY.I BEGIN LIVE PROBLEM AFTER 2-3 DAYS.I BRING MY COMPUTER TO TEKNOSA FOR THEY HELP ME BECAUS I HAVE BUY THIS COMPUTER FROM THEM.BUT THEY SAID : WE ARE SORRY BUT WE CAN'T HELP YOU.YOU MUST SEND YOUR COMPUTER TO ISTANBUL TO THE CENTER OF TOSHIBA :(( I SHOCKED !!!
THEN I SAID OKAY WILL SEND .AFTER I HAVE CONTACTED WITH THE TOSHIBA CENTER OFFICE AND SENT MY NOTEBOOK TO ISTANBUL.I SENT MY NOTEBOOK TO THE NAME OF MRS.ZEYNEP MERCAN AUTHORITY PERSON.
!!! WHEN I CALL TOSHIBA CUSTOMER SERVICE THEY SAY : SORRY BUT IS IMPOSIBBLE U CAN NOT MEET WITH ZEYNEP !!!
