We submitted 4 separate applications with the $1, 595 filing fee, which had to be in the form of a money order to "expedite" the process. All four properties are located in Las Vegas, Nevada.
This was in October 2009. To date, we are told that 0% of performing loans that have submitted applications have had ANY forward movement. Guardian has no procedure in place to negotiate performing loans. They are "looking" for other programs or ways. What??? They represented they ALREADY had the process in place and that our loans would close in 60-90 days. It has now been approx 210 days (7 months).
In addition, only 10% of the non-performing loans have closed, but I would be very interested in finding out how many of those were ones that Guardina bought at short sales and then re-loaned to the owners, which is NOT what the program was to do.
I want our application fee back due to misrepresentation.
How do we make sure our file and complaint is recognized since we are not in AZ?
