I made a transiction of rs 1000 from state bank atm on 25/09/2009 . But my crd is PNB. The transiction was declined but the amount was debit from my account. When i want to complaint against that issue to sector 19/c branch chandigarh the manager of that branch & the customer care officer said they or not able to do any thing, they said i have to call customer care from my end. i have also made complaint on customer care on 5/10/2009. The name of the customercare executive was AMDISH. He said the amonut will reverse to my account with 12 days & also gave me a Complaint Number. The complaint no is 20451992. Till date my amount was not return to me. I have also make a call to customercare today. The name of the customercare executive was IINAMULL . He said there is no compaint raise in my account, & that guy have no sence that how to speak a customer. He also raise a complaint . The comp no is 20862412. He also provide me a contact no of some senior athority. The no is 011-43532224, But nobody's picking that phone . Plz Take some step & provide my money back. My account no is 0583000101063757.
