Gurus2Go sent a Tech consultant to my home office to do 3 things - fix my outlook, add a security password to my wireless router from comcast and set up my mulit-use printer and scanner to actually scan. I run a home business and the only tech they had could come on Saturdays because he had another job during the week. He came and spent 3 hrs. and in that time, he broke my wireless router (told me just to buy a new one), disabled my outlook which doesn't work at all now (at least before he came I could send and receive emails and POP to and from Yahoo/Gmail) and after an hour of reading the online manual - he never actually touched the printer. I asked him to leave after 3 hrs of watching him bumble through whatever manual he was reading on line and calls to his manager. These seemed like pretty simple tasks to me. I called Gurus customer service and tried to have someone else come to fix the issues, but they said under their warranty, they had to send this guy back and if he could fix the problem then they would have to charge me again@$150 and hour (Great, I bet this is the bait and switch) He works for 3 hrs screwing everything up and oh, then comes back another time to miraculously "fix" it and charge me double? If he couldn't fix it, it would be warrantied and they would send someone else out - here's the problem they could only come on Sat. morning and you only have 30 days from the date of service to schedule this- when we could not be here (because that is when a business person in their office would logically want to conduct business right? on their weekend?) They even gave the analogy, if you drive your car from a garage and your warranty runs out on the road they will not cover it. Really, if I can't start my car after a mechanic has looked at it and I am in the parking lot of the garage - do I really believe they wouldn't fix it? Do not use Gurus2Go, they are hacks and their rules of customer service are not there to help you they are there to turn a buck. Buyer beware
