Dear sir/madam.
I'm using a prepaid connacion of Airtel bearing number +919008784234. Earliarly I was having 2year valid connection got it Recharged with rs.198/- for 50 paisa outgoing call rate on 12th of july2009. I also had value voucher rechrge of rs.38 for Airtel to airtel low call rates on 14 or 15 of july2009. this has erased the earlier benifit of rs.198/- I got. I was told by the customer care executive thet this will resolved automatically at the end of one month from the date of recharge of rs.38/-. But to my shock the rate plan has gone to one rupee plan at the end of the maonth. Now I have given 4 to 5 request complaints to set right the mistake that has happened from your end. Every time the comlaint is taken with the promise that it will be resolved in next 24 hours or 8 working hours but next day I will see only a message saying that I am not eligible for rate plan cahnge. Now I want to know whether this damage can be set right or not?... if so when?... if not what other course of action should I take?...please advise...
