2010 FEDERAL 1040 RETURN - 1) does not import previous year's data correctly; 2) did not correctly accept data for 1099-R - had to re-enter data. 3) last, but more importantly, crashed and would not print and Windows XP Task Manager remarked "Not responding" repeatedly; 4) waited for 30 minutes on their toll free help line 800-472-5625 and gave up.
I will reinstall the software on another drive and try again, or another computer. If all of the above fail, will switch to Tubro Tax.
Had some other minor problem last year for 2009 return.
