I had had a Compaq Presario 2000 for years and years, it was so old husband said lets go get you another. Just before we left an ad was on TV for Verizon and this HP NOTEBOOK with broadband. BIGGEST MISTAKE EVER.
I have had two since March 3 it is June 16th and I just got it back from 2 weeks of them replacing the motherboard and Access to broadband. Now, it doesnt work any better! AND, I finally got a call back from some CASE MANAGER named PAUL that was so rude and told me he was not going to change my warrenty on product or tell me if the parts were new or reworked.
He said he was closing my case and that I couldn't do anything about it. REALLY?
I have no faith in this product and am in a two year contract with Verizon, WHO WOULD WANT THAT WITH A PRODUCT THAT IS STILL BROKE. AND NEW????????/////////
I am contacting corperate this am, this Paul was rude and could not speak good English, WHERE IS THE JOBS FOR Americans?????
