Visited H2O bathrooms, Bury Lancashire. Sells its self as a high end bathroom design studio, had some ideas of my own which i wanted the "designer" to improve upon or offer some advice, not unreasonable as i would be spending approx £8-10k. Left list of items to be priced with a young kid in showroom, wpould have expected call following day with costings, had to chase up after 4 days and no call, seems kid didnt have a clue, again asked for price, another 4 days later nothing.

My advice avoid this company, absolutely clueless, and the whole business rests on a silly kid who would rather watch TV than deal with customers.
