In September of last year my wife and I participated in an hour and a half long in-home demonstration of a water filter system. For our time and trouble we were promised a complimentary dinner for two at one of four restaurants whether we bought the system or not. After approximately a month I made my first phone call to the company to see when we would receive our dinner voucher. The person who I spoke with said it could take up to 6 weeks and give it a little more time.
It is now February. After two e-mails, three separate phone calls to the company, one to the salesman personally and one more phone call directly to the lady responsible for the dinner vouchers AND finally reporting them to the BBB (to which the company refused to respond to)...I am now writing this. In the event the "check's in the mail" I am for now only posting this on-line. If after more time passes and still no dinner I will request this be put on the air. I have little respect for blatent misrepresentation and unprofessionalism.
