Placed an order for basketball uniforms in March. Sent $4K money order as requested and was promised that the order would be delivered the week of April 20th. We did not receive order, left several message before receiving a call back. This lead to a series of lies such as 1) embroidery machine broke down and has caused uniforms to be delayed for two weeks uniforms will be around May 7th; did not receive then was told that salesperson had family emergency; next they acquired another company and he was away then he promised May 15th. A woman Latonya who was suppose to be his boss then calls and states order will be delivered between May 15th & 31st. around the 22nd they stated that the uniforms were in the warehouse; on the 31st she stated that they were in customs and had been there for over a week. Latonya stated that and she was sending someone down to get them and ship them out, if not Friday then on Monday and she would call back on Friday to let me know.

Again, I did not receive a call from her and no one ever picks up the office phone or returns emails to any of their listed email addresses. She gave me a cell phone number and no return calls from that number which I have left multiple messages on (714) 743-3922 and have not received any returned calls.

On July 1st received a voicemail from Latonoya stating that the order was held up in customs because of a licensing problem with some product not relateed to our and that our Salesperson is no longer with the company. She stated that they have decided to refund our money but that was all they would do. As of July 22nd we still have not received a refund, uniforms or a returned phone call. The salepersons contact number still has his voicemail. This company is the bottom of the barrel and should be put out of business.

August we received a call from another guy James that started he was taking over our account and he would make sure that we received our uniforms and refund check. Around the same time I received a call from another youth organization that had also been ripped off in the amount of $4, 700.00. Our stories were basically the same. Several promises to pay or send uniforms out but they would never go out. Last promise was the August 20th, when he stated his boss Carlos was fedexing out refund and uniforms. We received neither. Our kids fundraised for 5 months to raise enough money to purchase their uniforms. This company ripped them off! The phone always go to an answering service. The salesperson that is supposedly not there anymore, took a call from someone else who called in as a customer. They are bad news and need to be put out of business and in jail.
