This company sucks. They sold an Ebay daily deal in which they listed the item wrong. I purchased a Haan vacuum & steamer floor sanitizer system from this company and when it arrived I immediately used it. When I went to do my carpets there was no attachment for carpets or the brush roll/carpet agitator that was supposed to be included according to the auction listing. I contacted the company and they only placed blame on the company that provided them the information on the items. LOL you've got to love drop shipping. I don't believe it for a second though. I believe they had it in their possession and failed to realize a mistake that was made by the company they purchased the machines from. Anyway, doesn't matter much what I believe, as it does what their response was. When they found out they just scammed 100+ (don't know exact # but I would not be surprised if it was double what I am stating) customers. They did nothing. They waited for people to go to them with complaints. For me they offered me $15, then $20, The $30 after I got Ebay involved. LMAO that means I paid $80 for something I could have bought locally for $50. Makes a lot of sense huh? So I opted to ship it back to the morons. Now they want me to pay for return shipping for their screw up. How fair is that. I am guessing that shipping alone will cost me $20-30.

This company needs to get it's head out whatever a**hole it got stuck up in and start paying a little more attention to the products they list and hopefully by some miracle they learn to start respecting their customers. Wow and people actually have to ask themselves why so many businesses go out of business now-a-days. I don't think it will be long for VM Innovations for everything I have read on them tonight pretty much says they sell knockoffs and junk.

BUYER BEWARE!!! I hate having to say I told you so, so please save your money or better yet go to your local dollar store you will get the same crap.
