non-delivery
Placed an order via mail with check enclosed for $72.94 on or about 07-06-2009. Received a letter from Haband that my check was $3 short on or about 07-30-2009. Sent $3 check with letter in envelope provided. To date, no contact; no merchandise. Sent e-mails as toll-free line is useless.

customer service policy
WOW! Never have I seen a company policy that makes the customer pay for the mistakes made by their employees. They sent me the wrong size trousers and expect me to pay 7.99 shipping to send them back in exchange for the correct size (assuming that they will send the right size the second time). Plus I'll have to pay for the shipping for the replacements. If they again send the wrong size this could go on and on and on and on and on... NEEDLESS TO SAY I WON'T BE THROWING GOOD MONEY AFTER BAD AND HABAND WILL NEVER HEAR FROM ME AGAIN AND INCLUDING ANYONE THAT I CAN TELL ABOUT THEIR TERRIBLE SERVICE.

Performance mattress Pads...tried placing order online.Leaflet said but one get one free...they charged for both, one item(Ladies Blazer) out of stock repeatedly. Can't get any answers when you call them all they will do is take an order. Before I could finish my order after taking off the mattress pads which I was charged double for they said the web page had expired, I had only a brief amount of time and didn't get finished with my order and certaintly never gave them any information except my address after the total came up. How do you get an answer to your questions? I'm getting tired of dealing with them, but like some of their products but not enough to be charged double!

I want my membership in haband perks ended! I will not be using haband again for anything!!! I don`t remenber signing up for it, but I wnat it stoped. I have looked thru thier w site and can`t find a way to cancel..

Poor Quality
Ordered two shirts for Haband. One of the shirts had a frayed collar and was of poor quality. Returned for replacement. After about 10 days received the same shirt back in plastic bag. Talked with customer service, but could not find a resolution. I will not do business with this
company again and would recommend caution, as quality and service is very questionable.

A COUPLE OF MONTHS AGO I ORDERED APAIR OF DELUSXE GABS CREAM SLACKS PROD 01W .WHEN MY SPORTCOAT ARRIVEDIT SAID THEY WERE ON BACK ORDER. TODAY I RECEIVED THE COPPER PAIR AND IT STATES THEY WERE IN A PREV PACKAGE. I H AVE NEVER RECEICED THEM.PLEASE SEND ASAP. THANK YOU.

Unauthorized charge
For 2 months I was charged $14.95 each month for Haband Perks that I didn't sign for. I wish a refund .

refund checks
When you get a refund check from Haband, read everything in the envelope with it. Better yet, just throw it in the trash. It entitles Haband to enter into all kinds of deals in your name. One I got was from a roadside service to the tune of $149.95/ann. Another from Identity Theft something for the same amount 149.95. Just got something else for something called Safecar or Safecart which I am sure is the same thing as some of the others. They all accepted a cancellation but this last one since it is the weekend I havent had a chance to check it yet. Best advice junk the check and go on your way.

Nightmare
Nothing good to say about Haband they will Spam you three times a day sell your e-mail address to anyone with the money to pay for there Spam information.

Terrible Customer service slow to ship poor quality clothes can you say POLYESTER everything with designs from the early 70's 'crap' and returns take 4 to 5 WEEKS to process unacceptable.

With surly customer service people by the way there # is 706-354-3713 C.S. bad joke, nightmare!

Returned defective pants three weeks ago. Called customer service on Sat. told they took orders 24 hours but helped customers with problems only Mon - Fri. Left E-mail. Received no answer. Called customer service on following tues, Not free call, was told takes 3-4 weeks to process a return, while it takes only a few days to purchase something. total unacceptable.
