Hager Construction & Remodeling, Inc of Elm City, NC – President Benjamin Hager, tried to put a garage addition on my home. The result, if you look at the website www.badbadbuilder.com were windows installed incorrectly, doors installed incorrectly, warped walls and crooked roof, several leaks, tons of code violations, and the list goes on.

We are going to court May 10, 2010. All of this has been thoroughly documented from our local inspectors and all manufacturers of the building materials. Hager even lied to the North Carolina Licensing Board for General Contractors. He is currently under investigation.
