I bought a haier air condioner from Better Deals, Janak Puri on 13th June, 2008 after being suggested by a salesman (name not known). after the installation on 15th june 2008, water started dripping from all 4 corners of the unit. there was immense amount of vibration felt as we started to run the unit. there was virtually no cooling even after running the unit at 16 degrees for 7 hours continuously. as i complained about the same, there was a technician (mr sunil) from haier was sent to analyze the situation and after doing his bit he said that this air conditioner works like this only. well if an air conditioner is not meant to give you cool air then what is it meant for. he (sunil the technician) did not have the slightest of the ideas of what he was talking and i think he also lacked technical knowledge about the product. after no results, I called the customer care, lodged a complaint (complaint no. 9991225892, ms lalita) at 4pm on 22 june 2008. please do the needful.
