over charged and not what I wanted

went there to have my hair colored and highlighted. Charged me 80.00. Charged me for conditioer I did not ask for. Wrong color for highlights. Did not have a hair cut just color. way overcharged for what I got. advertised 10.00 off color. Charged me 44.95 for color, 29.95 for quick color, and 3.00 for conditioner.

Hair miscolor, losing hair and scalp iritation

I went in for highlights and low lights and left with orange hair and an aching scalp. The staff members inferred that the mishap was my fault and rushed me out the door. i ended up getting a color correction and conditioning treatment at another salon and had to have 5 inches of my hair cut off because the ends where breaking off when the stylist would comb it. I will never go to another Regis or Hair Masters ever again.
