I had my hair cut Friday Sept 12, 2008 by Anne whio did agreat job . She recommended her brother in law to do my highlights on Saturday the 14th. I went there Saturday the 14 and Tara was assigned to do my hair lights because her appointment cancelled. I explained to her i want chuncky highlight and low lights. She said fine. I already had blond hair she saved what i had for highlights in foil and colored the rest of my hair brown. When they rised my hair they rinsed it with hot water and my hair was faded brown. I complained that day but she said i have to wash several times before i see the higlights. Well my hair looked horrible for the wedding that night. I called Tara Sat the 14 and she said to come in Tuesday . I spoke to her and the owners Tuesday the 16 and they are refusing to refund a partial of my money. She saying sh e will fix it by putting more bleach. I cannot have more bleach because my hair will fall out. I said i had bleach already in my hair but you colored over it with brown when you washed it with hot water. My hair has semi highlights only on the top of my head. I paid 150.00 cash and they refuseto give me a receit
