I PURCHASED A MATTRESS AND A 42" T.V. ON AUGUST 23, 2010 . I FAXED A LETTER OVER TO LISA AT THE CAPLAN STORE STATING THAT I WASN'T HAPPY WITH MY PURCHASE AND WANTED TO RETURN THE T.V.. SHE PROCEEDED TO TELL ME THERE WHERE NO REFUNDS SO I TOOK A LOOK AT HE TERMS ON THE BACK OF THE INVOICE AND IT WAS VERY UNCLEAR HOW THE WORDING WAS SPELLED OUT ON REFUNDS I DIDN'T UNDERSTAND IT. SO I WENT INTO SEE LISA AT THE BRICK STORE AND SHE WAS VERY RUDE TREATED MY LIKE A PERSON WITHOUT A FACE SHE DIDN'T WANT TO LISTEN TO A WORD I SAID ALL SHE STATED WAS SORRY NO REFUNDS ALL I WANTED TO DO WAS RETURN THE T.V. AS I WASN'T SATISFIED WITH MY PURCHASE. I FELT LIKE I WANT TO TELL THE WORLD NEVER TO GO TO THE BRICK BECAUSE THEY DON'T STAND BEHIND THEIR PRODUCTS OR CARE WHAT THE CONSUMERS WANT THEY ALSO HAVE NO RESPECT I AM VERY UPSET ON HOW I WAS TREATED AFTER MAKING A TOTAL PURCHASE OF $2000.00. I WENT TO THE STORE WITH MY MOM AND LISA TELLS MY MOM TO BE QUITE AS SHE WASN'T EVEN ON THE BILL. I DON'T THINK THAT IS A PROPER WAY TO ADDRESS MY MOM.I ALSO THINK YOUR STAFF AT CAPLAN AVE STORE SHOULD BE TAUGHT ON HOW TO TREAT A CUSTOMER.LISA HAD NO RESPECT ON HOW TO TREAT A PERSON OR HELP IN ANY WAY . THE TREATMENT I GOT WAS VERY BAD. ALL I WANT IS TO RETURN THIS T.V. AS I AM NOT HAPPY WITH MY PURCHASE. AND I THINK THAT IF I AM PAYING FOR SOMETHING IT SHOULD BE WHAT I WANT. I WANT SOMETHING DONE ABOUT THIS ASAP AS I HAVE BEEN ON THE CONSUMERS RIGHTS PAGE AND HAVE FOUND OUT THAT IF THERE IS A DISPUTE OVER UNCLEAR LANGUAGE THEN THE FAVOR GOES TO THE CONSUMER BY LAW.
