I was sued by this doctor for libel only becasuse he had the money to do it, thankfully I was defended by an excellent lawyer Debby Schlussel. The reason I was sued was that I placed my story on rippoff.com which I believe was recently paid off to remove my posting. Beware of this doctor he lied to us and laughed about it later. He operates out of his office back room in Dearborn.
He promised my close friend who happens to be Moslem and wanted a surgeon who spoke arabic (hardly a qualification).
I can only speculate why he treated her so badly, possibly because of intolerance (Google Debby Schlussel to get the complete story) most likely because we did not pay in partly in cash (switched to a shyster credit card company that gave me a lot of personal grief (GE Money Bank-stay away!)on the advice of his staff. More likely because she later turned down an optional offer to narrow her nostrils for an extra six hundred dollars. In any case he made glowing promises to do for her exactly what he did in an advertisement picture he had in the Arab Yellow Pages.
He advertises he uses a computer to show the likely outcome in his advertising but this was also more money we were told. That should be his name in my opinion-"Dr.Moremoney". He promised to include the tip of her nose in an external rhinoplasty but when she did not go for the bait and switch nostril narrowing (not considered part of a rhinoplasty) he changed to a simpler "internal" rhinoplasty and when she later complained that the tip of her nose was not reduced and lifted as promised he said to her "You didn't pay for it" although she was told in front of me that this would be done. On my advice she attempted to take her to small claims court but his expensive lawyer said this does not qualify as malpractice. We learned it is impossible to sue a doctor due to their laws which allows shyster doctors to lie with impunity on any surgical procedure. On the day of the surgery she waited over four hours, reminded him to do the nose tip (he ignored her), after she came out of anethesia he had already left the office. She was sent home without written directions on aftercare, she bled and threw up in her rides car. He was very nasty to her, saying she was a bad patient from the beginning who was just trying to get a cheaper price. Put yourself in her place, she was a nurse to my mother with Alzheimers with little money and had always wanted to fix her nose. She now has a nose that looks like a ski slope. What a mistake she made when she trusted this "doctor"! I found out later he was suspended for falsifying another patient's records!
