Halen Foundation told me, I won $950, 000.00GBP. Halen put the money in LondonScottish Bank PLC. They want me to pay $860.00GBP as the cost of transfer The bank is down right rude. This is something the bank wrote to me:

We are not individual and so we will not be simpatetic to do what outh not
to be done and so you on your part as a temprorary customer should do your
possible best to come up with the payment immeidately, for if we see your
unseriousness to transfer your funds out of our bank account then we will
take decietful method to freez your account and to make it un operation and
unaccessable till you are ready to co operate.

This is a scam!!!
