Really old apartments no maintenance you report something wrong and they come a month latter the swimming pool they don't cleaned since December now i think that with all my complaints they decided to empty the green pool {looks like a pond}the manager is really rude and their is no way to talk to her that she don't treat you really bad, they have something wrong with the roof that when it rains all the water gets into my carpet i reported several times and they said is nothing they can do because it cost money to fix it, the bathtub they painted with cheap paint and is always with mold, no screens and no way to open the windows so you have to turn the airconditioner always...Please don't move here and if you have kids don't decide to move here youngster pis in the trees in front of your apartment and hang out and play basketball in the streets until 2 am.If you are looking for safety this is not the wright place and when you complaint to the maintenance they say that they don't have the tools or the part that they need to fix it that you have to wait until the buy the part and it could take more than a month, i wait almost 6 months for the to fix the bath tops vaults. I am so glad that i am moving from this place because if you reed the rent.com they say that they have a game room and a internet place for you to use and its not truth.
