Non receipt of merchandise
I ordered perfume from this company on December 28th and have not received the product yet. I have sent emails and left voicemails with no responses. Two and a half months later and still nothing.

charged cc and never shipped product
Scam company. Ordered online over a month ago and product never shipped. Moreover, they have not responded to what is now approximately 7 emails requesting a status report and eventually a refund. Called and their mailbox is always full. Do not order from this company, they are not legit.

SCAM Company
I too have been scammed by this company ordering gifts for loved ones for the 2008 Christmas Holidays that were guaranteed to arrive before Christmas and still have not. If this is truely a Intranet SCAM company as I have no reason to believe they are not, (as I cannot get any customer service support or even someone to answer the phone) they should be proscecuted to the fullest extent allowed by law.

No Product & Charged CC
Ordered Dec 1st 2008, two popular aftershaves. Their website looked credible and professional. They market they do not sell "FAKES" colognes and they won my trust over easily. The website is so Fortune 500 looking, it lured me in. I saw the site had been in commerce for 9 years, so I really trusted this website.

My charge card was charged for $84.00, and my account remained as "Processing". Nobody answers the phone. I sent an email to inquire and I did get a response back about subsituting one of the aftershaves. I responded with "Ok". My acct never updated and remained processing a week later. I emailed them to cancel my order after I read the complaints on this website.

I am a 100% disabled vet on a fixed income. I cannot afford to lose $84, and I do not have the money to re-buy the gifts. This company has NO business charging the CC before taking 3 weeks deciding they do not have the inventory. I know I have been scammed, I do not expect to hear any more from them since I requested a refund. I will be filing a report with my bank since I used a debit card, and will cancel the card for security.

At this holiday time I am sure a slew of people ordered from their website. How sad, I hope they realize they are victims too.

Unauthorized charges
Hampton essentials is a scam online company preying on consumers in search of a bargain in these dismal economic times. I have made several attempts to contact a representative by phone and email to no avail. No one responds to the emails and when I call the number listed for the company, an answering service picks up prompting the caller to leave messages. I ordered 4 bottles of todd oldham perfume for myself as a bday gift at $57.00, as this is my favorite fragrance on the planet. According to the web site, and my order status, the order is being processed and online orders supposedly take 10 days to process. It has been 2 months and I feel helpless and frustrated because clearly the holidays are approaching and I am not in a financial position to give money to a fraudulent company! I am desperate to take drastic measures, i.e., take the company to court in principle alone for their disingenuous and predatory nature. I am skeptical now to order anything online in the future because of this horrific experience and do not recommend this company to anyone.

Hampton Essentials cheats you!
Beware of Hampton Essentials. I ordered cologne from them in early October. They charged my credit card but did not ship the order and they will respond to any attempt to contact them. They are a scam website.

Non reciept of product
Ordered perfume on Thurs. Oct. 9, 2008 via my credit card and to this date I have not received my merchandise. I have called several times and the recording says that the mailbox is full and can't take messages. I also sent an email on 10-22-08 asking where the merchandise was. I still haven't received it or heard anything back from the company explaining if I will be receiving the merchadise or if it is back ordered. I would appreciate any help you can give me. Do you know how I can cancel the order ? Thanks, C. Miller
