On 8/27/08 I purchased two outdoor solar lamps for my lawn to shine on the American flag at nite.
Today it is 8/29/08 and I had to go outside with a match to see if the light was working, it was but it does not to do anything. The flag is only five feet away from the spot lights. My question to you who do I have to contact for a refund of my money?

I'am embarrassed from the comments from my neighbors. I have six Hampton Bay fans in my house and they have served me well. But these spot lights are the pits.
