I ordered the "as seen on TV" hand-held clothes steamer. It was supposed to make wrinkles go away by waving it over the drapes/clothes/whatever.
Well, it didn't work, and I sent it back. My charge card was never credited, so I just lost the whole $35.00+ that it cost.
