I have purchased an handset of your company,model no.k320. on dated 06-03-2007,from
Shree Ganpati Mobile Care near Suraj Book shop,Main Road Haibowal Kalan Ludhiana 141001.Bill no.248.The IMEI no.of the hand set is 35332201-206988-7
The total amount was RS.5100.
But the hand set was not working properly .
On dated 12-05-2007 the set was sent for service to B.M.SERVICES, shop no.6,Pearl Palace,Ghumar mandi Ludhiana.
The problem was can't take/ save pictures,bluetooth problem,phone hang.Engineer remarks was software upgrade.(complaint id SES07BMS12432)
On dated 08-06-2007 the set was again sent for service to HARJEEO CORPORATION 19-A Shastri Nagar OPP R.S.Model school,Model Town Ludhiana.
The problem was the same. (complaint id SES07HJC10413)
On dated 13-06-2007 the set was again sent for service to HARJEEO CORPORATION 19-A Shastri Nagar OPP R.S.Model school,Model Town Ludhiana.

On dated 21-06-2007 the set was again sent for service to SALORA INTERNATIONAL Ltd S.C.O 206-207,second floor,sector 34A Chandigarh.

The problem was again the same plus on/off problem while calling. The remarks was "the set is ok and ready".But still the set is not working properly.
