HANDANGO - BUYER BE WARE, STAY AWAY - BUY SOMEWHERE ELSE-

i bought Ascendo Data Vault from Handango 18 mo. ago, all kinds of problems installing, getting the activation etc. FINALLY got it to work; now I've upgraded my Blackberry and can't get it to transfer the software (although according to their website, it's SO easy to get a new activation code.) Terrified that I will lose all the sensitive data that is on my laptop version of the software.

Ascendo won't support me because I bought it from Handango; Handango does respond to any email - does not list any way to contact them besides their 'help' form; no phone numbers anywhere on the website ... they don't answer the email that you DO send via their form.

WORST possible choice when purchasing software...
