I sure wish I had read this site before buying from these people. I ordered two items for my Zune from them, costing $6 and $4. They backordered, then cancelled the $6 item and shipped the wrong item for the $4 item. I finally got them to ship me the correct item but they wouldn't refund the cancelled $6 item . I contacted Paypal, which was of no help whatsoever. Paypal simply sent the complaint to Handhelditems and they claimed they shipped me the item for which I requested a refund. Paypal then cancelled the complaint. Finally, after multiple phone calls, Handheld items told me they would issue a refund when I shipped back the wrong $4 item. They sent me what I thought was a prepaid USPS shipping label. I took the package with the label to the post office and the post office told me that it was not a prepaid label. They said that even the ID number on the shipper was invalid. I paid $3.62 to have the misshipped $4 item sent back to Handhelditems! It will be interesting to see if they actually issue the $6 refund for the discontinued item. BEWARE! Do not do business with this company!

This company is a rip-off if ever I seen one. They tell you they mail your item when in fact they contact the post office by e-mail but never process your order. They will not answer the phone or e-mails. I have the better business burea looking into this scam at present. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY UNLESS YOU WANT YOUR MONEY STOLEN.
