Extremely shoddy plumbing work - did not tighten four bolts on two toilets causing leaks and floor damage. As she did not respond to painting complaints, I had to call an outside plumber to fix her work, costing me even more money. Also, she charged more than her quote without notifying me of the price increase or why.
