I feel if you purchase online that you should be able to return what you order just like any retail store or like the majority of online commerce. Totally bad policy on DIYHANGTAGS for not allowing returns.
I tried to return and they said LAUGHINGLING that don't allow returns because OUR policy is...didn't want to listen why because it's so wrong and said Thank you and hung up. I don't want to hear this. I don't want to know why they might of been ripped off before. I don't want to hear excuses. I want customer service. I think each case is individual and they should return and if the products is in good shape they should credit if not no credit.
