Store manager is a lying SOB. Go next door to spend your money at Lazy Boy or Ashleys. Hanks funiture is NOT the quality you expect for the money. Salesreps will tell you anything to get you to spend your money there. When you complain to the manager about it, he turns into a hothead that sooner or later will take it to far. The home office in Arkansas supports their employees and do not expect repeat business after you overpay for furniture. The commercial you see on tv with Hank stating that their prices have been slashed even more is BS. The best way to look at it before you buy at Hanks Fine Funiture is to know for a fact that you will not go back to buy more funiture but to have the new funiture repaired right after you get it. Do not accept any del. funiture without imspecting it and taking a course on what to look for when imspecting it. The other thing is to know that the reps will lie, cheat or steal to get your money and the store manager will back the reps and not the customers which is you, you and you! Go to the other stores please or you will be dealing with a hot head manager with no repect except for thr dollar bill. YOU WILL GET JUNK for your hard earned money.
