I must say I am disappointed with my Audi Case that I purchased from you. First of all I send an order for C.O.D. You do not write me and tell me that C.O.D. is not available for 2 days. I called you in between there and asked when it would be arriving. You told me to setup a PayPal account. I did this and then asked you when you later would get to my email of the C.O.D order to please ignore it. You sent me an email 2 days after that saying you did not accept C.O.D orders anymore. Plain and simple you're over your head with orders or you're not paying attention to what your customers are trying to tell you.

Second, the Moretec power supply is junk. You assured me that it was better than my Forton or Sparkle. The power supply is so noisy I can hear it in another room even though it says "noise killer" on it. It sure is a noise killer. Most important of all, the Moretec power supply runs very hot. It is so hot that I'm unsure that it is safe to use in my home. No power supply I have ever owned has generated that much heat period. It is very warm to touch on the top of the case.

Third, I did not receive the so called, screwless thumbscrews that you advertise on your website. Quote as follows...

By using Special Screw Bolts included). You can easily assemble with your own hands without using any kind of tools whatsoever.

And this quote is absolutely funny. With your el cheapo power supply there was so much heat generated I needed an air conditioner to cool it down and I wasn't even overclocking my Athlon Thunderbird 900.

High Quality 2 balls bearings cooling fan will decrease the inside tamperature by 30% or more to protect your expensive Motherboard, and CPU's.

For 180 dollars for this whole thing I feel completely ripped off. I actually took all of my things out of this case and am going to use it for a beat around case for work. Yes, it looks kinda nice, especially with the scratch about 6 inches long that you shipped with. There was no damage to the packing or the plastic bag you had around it so someone butchered it before it was sent. Also, as advertised, the paint job was supposed to be like a professionally painted car. Well it is kind of professional, but with the 6 inch scratch, it looks like it was in an accident before delivery.

To sum this up... I got poor service, poor product, not as advertised and I have a 180 dollar scratched computer case that I'll be using for a beater at work. In other words, I paid good money for something that should have been half the price at most...
