Haoving tried to contact by email and phone on a thrice weekly basis for the past 6 weeks that they've had my money for, I have received no return email or phone call to suggest that I haven't been ripped off!!
I spent 93.75 Euro's on what I thought would be delivered to the UK within 18-30 days, this is clearly not the case and my money is nowhere to be found

Is there any way I can get a federal lawsuit against these fraudsters?
