Ordered an item on-line 3/23/2011 with delivery stated as 5-10 business. Website stated I would receive email when item was shipped. Never received an email. After several days I attempted to track item with invoice and order number.Message on tracking site kept coming back as "no information available" (even after 14 days had elapsed.
After several phone calls to customer service (trying to talk with people who could barely talk English and kept interrupting me as I tried to explain)and three different emails (which took several days before they were answered), I was given a tracking number w/FedEx to no avail. After waiting 14 days I called again and was told it would be shipped again by overnight delivery. Waited two more days. Item never arrived. Called again told item would be shipped for arrival in 3 days! After total of 21 days since ordered, item is still not delivered although it was charged to my credit card. HarborFeight got their money and I got nothing but grief!
Bottom line - poor service, rude employees and lied to numerous times about delivery date.
