On June 22, 2011 I purchase a chicken biscuit @ the drive threw window, and the total was 4.02 and got to work and open it up and the chicken patty was the size of a sauage patty, really couldn't see the chicken unless you open the biscuit it was that small. It was not worth 4.02

I just went to Hardee's for a quick drive thru lunch. - LOL - no such thing there!!!
I just sat for 30 minutes in line with just 3 cars in front of me. I sat and watched 4 cars pull out of line and drive off. Then when I got to the window the girl apoligizes for the wait and tells me that "the people in the back won't do their job"!!! They are losing alot of business because of their inability to move their order along. I won't go back though - I will go to Arby's or Wendy's or somewhere that services their customers!!!
Terrible service and then the food was horrible too!!! Sad!!!

Dear Sir,

I want to register this complain for the treatment i received from your restaurant HARDEE'S.
The delivery service for Hardee's in Egypt is the worst service ever.
I made an order through Otlob.com at 1:00 am the order was routed at 1:08 am and it was supposed to be delivered within 45 min., the order came at 2:15 am and of course i refused to take it .
You and i know that in such cases anyone from the restaurant should call to apologize or to tell the customer the cause for being late like KFC always does, but the great managers in Hardee's Egypt find it normal and they never care for such one customer, and allow me to say this :They do that because no one observes their actions.
I have to admit that the service in the restaurant is good, but after this situation i will never enter this place again and will never recommend it to anyone i know.

we were driving home from minnesota and stopped near eau claire wisc, for gas and bite to eat. around noon. only people in line, drive thru guy started helping us then aanother man took over. after getting food 3 asian people came in one of whom didn't speak english. he was older man and forgot someting in car and was going to retreive it and tried to exit thru drive thru door on accident when employees yelled at him repeatedly in a very rude way. the threesome left very angry at employee behavior. the man behind the counter who yelled at the older man went on and on after they left about how he didn't do anything wrong and wasnt losing his job or any sleep over the incident. he is probably around 40 years old. it was very rude and embarassing. then another threesome of people came in whom he also waited on and while they were ordering he yawned real big and didn't cover his mouth. the food was also below par and there were gnats all around the soda fountain. the bathrooms weren't very clean either. the staff was overall an embarrasment to the chain. i wll not visit another Hardee's for a long time.

There's been sereval complaints on Monica Eubanks been very rude to customers and she still haven't changed and nothing is done about it ya'll are going to lose a lot of people running a business, something got to be done or i'm going over the head.
