june 11th 09 ordered a monster burger at the price of 5.99. received a burger with only i patty of beef. it is supposed to have 2- 1/3 pound beef patties on it. we were on our way to va. so just couldn't go back to resolve this. we love hardee's but really have to watch our orders at these restaurants. they do or must have a large employee turnover. i check my order but now must dismantle a sandwhich to see if it's correct? that's getting to be a little ridiculous! let me know what to do. i hate to go back and risk, having someone spit on my order because i complained.

I paid full price for the experience and joy my kids would get from opening their gifts that are included with every Hardees kids meal . After waiting in the blistering sun at the drive thru in 43 digree heat we returned home only to find out that we had been scammed there were no gifts although on their site and on the bill it clearly states * Free Gift With Every Kids Meal (check out the middle east providers site).
I called their hotline and the restaurant; both with the expectation of a simple apology and we will bring your toys right over -kind of thing only to be greeted by the angry staff telling me that they were out of toys . I was shocked that at the time of purchase they did not inform me that there were no toys and that even though they had the toys at their other branches they were not prepared to bring them over instead they kept on harassing me on the phone concerning my complaint and sent a guy to my house to take the food out of our mouths because in-order to have refund you see -- it is their policy to take other people’s untouched food and pass them on to someone else ??

I am doubly shocked by their health standards – considering the heat the food can get contaminated and if they were insisting on taking it back untouched where is the guarantee that they wont give my rotten food to someone else. as far as I know it is a policy in Kuwait that food that is not accepted or returned by the costumer must be thrown away and is never returned to the restaurant to avoid contamination. -

My question is were is the americana quality statement ? and what wrong with the angry managers and staff - Only i the costumer who has been scammed has the right to be anrgy after all you try explaining to you toddlers that there was no gift this time around.

the hardees commercial of the harlot dressed in a slezy dress, setting on steps with her legs apart, her breast showing and eating a burger like a man is the trampiest commercial i have ever seen. it is pretty
bad when you have to use sex to sell hamburgers, we will chose
mcdonald's everytime over hardee's. no wonder our country is looking
more like sodom and gomorrah. what is next? God help us! this company has no shame.

On Friday May 8, 2009 I stopped in hardees to get breakfast for Mother's day . I did not get all my order, but did not realize it until I got to my Mothers home. We tried to continued to eat what we had recieved, but found that the breakfast was not fit for consumption. I stopped back at hardees on my way home to inform them that we did not receive our whole order and to tell them how bad it was, All we got in return was our orange juice and a "I'm sorry". This is the third time this has happened at this place

The lady on the speaker at the drive up service is a very nice lady from another country with a heavy accent. And although she is very nice and courteous it is extremely difficult to understand anything she says. Whoever was the idiot who put her on the speaker rather than another position should be simply shot and put out of their misery.
