Commercial
My husband and myself were appalled at the Padma commercial shown on a prime time baseball game. The lady in the commercial demonstrated behavior that should have nothing to do with eating a hamburger. It appeared to belong on late night or adult only shows. Please consider the influence that this type of commercial has on our young men and women and the disgust it promotes in senior citizens. Your are no doubt decreasing your business with this type of commercial.

Food Complaint
We came and ordered two sets of 2 for $3.00 double cheeseburgers. After we have gotten our order, we checked and noticed the burgers were extremely greasy and made the bun soggy. Also there were no napkins. All and All the food taste great but the service needs to improve some.

Selling sex or food? I know everyone is doing it but you have good food and usually good service. Do you need that commerical? Family values and caring is a better sell.

Overall Nasty
Someone needs to check out this restaurant - the food is good - but you would be afraid to eat it - the place is filthy - no tables were clean - floors in the dining area and food prep area were horrible as were the bathrooms. I was afraid we were going to come away with some disease.

There is a regional manager who is the most incompetent man who I have ever seen. His name is William Yiesley and he runs a few Hardees restaurants in Kentucky. That man is rude and has no sense of how to run his restaurants whatsoever. I thought customers were the ones who are important. We keep your business from shutting down. I see no concern he has whatsoever for his customers nor his employees. What type of people do you put in management and what exactly do they do?!?

customer service
After waiting at the drive through for a verry long time . And finally driving around and going in to find nobody there to here me yell out for some one to take my order. i went back to my car ; and back around the store were i did see a delivery man . whom i asked if any one was working and he said that they were puting up the truck. so at that time he goes in and tells the man inside that i am and have been out side waiting ; as they laugh at the back door .(were i am still waiting).then the man puts on his head set and asks if i would like to try there special. In reply i told him no and this is no way to run a place of business. And so he informs me to take my ass down the road then bicth. thats when i used a few choice words back at him to . lond story short my burgerking was great .
and the 52 others that ate with me thought so to .

Cleanliness
My husband went to get us breakfast this morning and he had gotten us some bacon egg and cheese biscuits i took mine out of the wrapper and there was a hair wrapped around the egg in the biscuit it was very gross...

very rude workers and management
i was hugry so some friends and i stopped for a burger as soon as i walked in a worker stated sorry but we need to close at 9pm so i looked at my wristwatch and it was only 8:33pm so i figured ok i will order to go so as they may close ontime then another worker said you need to hurry up how can i help you we need to close.at this point i was frustrated with the service i was recieving so i was about to order when the manager stated we need to close so hurry up so i told my friends lets go to another hardees this one has poor service as soon as we started to walk out the building they were started saying things towards my friends and i and locked the doors right away it was only 8:37pm i dont believe that i will ever go back there again and i hope something can be done about this i mean the door stated open until 10:00pm drive through is 24 hours so what was the deal with the horrible service

time lapse
i work in a large factory and it doesnt matter if its me going in in the am or my friends going in in the pm it takes to long to get my order so we usually go to mcdonalds im sorry i like hardees better but i can go in in the am and it tkes about 15 min to get my order and thats with noone else in line thats about 10.00 a day you are loosing but if you take in consideration the second shift orders thats probally about 30.00 a day wrong orders 3 times a day how hard is it to get the order right not just breakfast but lunch and super too wed rather go to mcdonalds and get the order right than go to your resturant sorry but its true need new management

i go to hardees on poinsette in greenville sc on a daily basis sometimes i go twice a day at 7:34:48 pm12/20 2008 i went to hardees a young lady in the drive thru was very short with me her greeting was unclear and she was rude at the window she actually shut the window while i was still talking when she opened the window back to give me my food i ask for ketchup which i did not get the food is great but the service is terrible unfriendly, it makes you feel like your an inconvience instead of what actually keeps you guys open i will defintly reconsider mcdonalds or burger king ect before visiting a restuarant that hires people who could care less if i am satisfied with my service this complaint goes out to hardees store #1501746 greenville10 drive thru#2134 phone#8643702432! iwill not be back!
