I was going to use the comment box but there wasn't one. We eat there alot. The service was BAD! I tried to tell my family that the young man was new. But I have agree he didn't have a clue as to what to do or how to take our order. We finally got him to understand. Then when we finally got our food it was terrible! I was insulted. Not to mention how bad my family thought it was. We all have children who like the chicken strips, but they thought these was nasty tasting.

My boyfriend works at Hardees in Hopkinsville, KY. He works in the morning and the majority of the time he is there he works by himself. He has to put the food in to cook, make all of the sandwiches, if he runs out of something he has to go get it himself, prep food for the night shift, and wash all of the dishes that he uses while he is there. Apparently the store is not getting enough allowable hours for labor because the managers are telling employees that three people for one shift is too many people. Of course maybe it is because almost every employee at this location is either a manager or some type of shift leader but with the general manager in rehab and one of the other managers doing weekends in jail i find it hard to believe that all of the people are manager material. Now i personally have worked for a lot of fast food restaurants and i have never came across a restaurant where i have had to do all of the work by myself especially for minimum wage. So basically my complaint at this time is that this restaurant either needs to let go of some of their managers for some employees that will actually help do some work or move to a different location where they can make more money to increase their allowable hours for labor so that one person is not responsible for the majority of the work while being paid pennies.

We are in Hardees every Sunday morning after church. We meet 3 other couples their also. They very seldom have coffee made. They know they get a rush of people after church or churches are out. We usually have to go up and get our own refills, if they have coffee made. This mornings service was really bad. My husband orderd bisquit and gravy breakfast bowl, low carb bowl, breakfast frisco, orange juice, coffee, and a cappucino french vanilla. We only got the cappucino. Went up to the counter after 20 to 25 min. of waiting. Another 5 min. our food was up and at the same time I asked to have our money back. The manger came out and gave me my money back. He didn't acknowledge I'm sorry, or nothing. They could have alot of business if they would have good service. They are the only restaurant open on Sunday morning.

We frequently receive coupons for use in your restaurants. While I do appreciate the coupons and they do their intended job in steering me to your restaurant versus other fast food restaurants, I am extremely frustrated with the hoops, cartwheels and headstands required to use those coupons. My family (usually 3-10 of us) visit your restaurant near Dandridge one-three times weekly. Our choice is often breakfast, when they actually serve breakfast until 11am as you advertize, which is about 50% of the time. I've been in your restaurant when they stopped serving breakfast as early as 20 till 11. I've watched you lose money when people walked out the door because you had no breakfast. I've taken my own money elsewhere at 10:45am. Once again, this morning I took my money (money for breakfast for 4) elsewhere because I had a coupon you sent me that I couldn"t use. I fail to understand why I could get a free biscuit if I spent $2.99 for a biscuit but I couldn't spend more money $4.99 for the combo and get the free biscuit. Does that make sense??? Apparently to you, your company or someone in it, it does. Soooo, you lost a sale this morning and tomorrow morning and next week and probably for several weeks to come because you wouldn't take the coupon you sent without me jumping thru hoops, turning cartwheels and standing on my head. So I spent my money at Cracker Barrel and it was a delicious breakfast.

I stopped by Hardees to pick up 2 red burrito salads and 2 little big burgers. I placed my order and 30 mins. later I was getting my order. A gentleman came in after me, ordered got his order sat down and ate and I was still waiting for my order. The gentleman came to get a refill and spoke to one of the people working there about my order. I finally got my order by the time I got home which is maybe 7 mins. from the restraunt. The food was cold and one of the salads was put into the box sideways so I had to put the salad back together. While waiting for my order people started filing in and many of them left because they could not get waited on. The young lady that waited on my stayed in the back almost the entire time I was waiting on my order. I thought the service was extremely poor the time I had to wait was unreal. And the food was not that great since it gotten cold. You would think with the prices and the economy the way it is service would be a little better and the food would be fit to eat. When I arrived at the Hardees I was the only one there to order at that time so I still do not understand why I had to wait 30 mins. Once I received my order the young lady did even apologize for my wait and more or less throwed the bag at me.
