I have purchased AVR255 amplifier (AN0085-27589) from Ali Bin Ali Group in QATAR on 2nd June 2010 and was assured for one year warranty (This was before Harman opened exclusive showroom in QATAR). Recently on 30th March 2011 sound output was not coming, then I have approached the same shop but they refused for repair and I was told the product is not under the warranty and directed me to LG/harman service centre. I have given the amplifier at LG service centre on 25th April 2011. Now the Service centre informed me that there is a problem in the processor and need to be replaced at my cost. This may cost me a lot, even though happened within one year warranty period. I will be leaving QATAR for good on 2nd June 2011. Please help me.
