Never got my order
I ordered items for my son for Christmas. I ordered him a guitar, a padded guitar case and some instructional DVDs called Kids's Guitar. They sent me the wrong guitar and they sent me a toy guitar instead of the DVDs. I never got the guitar case. When I called them about the toy guitar mistake they insisted initially that I was wrong and that they didn't sell DVDs. Finally after I sent them a copy of the DVD description from their website they admitted their mistake and promised, several times to send them to me. They have never arrived. I also complained about them sending the wrong guitar and the fact that they never sent me the case I ordered. They promised me a refund. To date I've received nothing despite their assurances that they would fix the problem. Worst ever online experience. I will never order from them again and only wish I had searched for complaints before I placed my order.

Piano Polish
On December 4, 2009 I placed an order online for a simple cleaning product made especially for high-gloss pianos. I have yet to receive my merchandise. I received a confirmation of my order almost immediately, along with a link for a more detailed invoice. On this, an 800 number appears which gives a perpetual busy-signal, regardless of the time of day the number is dialed. There's also a link to use for e-mailing the company, which, when pressed, only deletes your e-message and brings you back to the e-mail window. I've tried everything in terms of getting hold of a customer service rep to no avail.

never get my order
I ordered a music stander one month ago. they charged my credit card but I never get my order. I call their phone number ten times a day, the phone always busy. I emailed them they said the phone is down. I guess it is down forever. every email they promise to replace my order. will ship in 2 -3 days. But after 4 promises, I still get nothing. I never had such bad experience before for online shopping. I will never never shop on Harmony online.

charged card, never sent item
I ordered a Christmas present from this website. They e-mailed me my order number and charged my card, but I never received my item. I thought it was weather related at first, but the weather has cleared and I still don't have my item. I've e-mailed them a couple times without any responses back. Also every time I call the phone line is busy.
